Request Account Deletion

At Phonewin Private Limited, we value your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your Phone Win account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

Option 1: Delete Directly in the App (Recommended) If you still have the app installed, this is the fastest way:

1. Open the Phone Win app.

2. Go to Profile > Settings.

3. Tap on "Delete Account".

4. Confirm your choice in the popup. Your data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request via Email (If App is Uninstalled) If you have already uninstalled the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. We will process your request manually within 7 business days.

• Email To: support@phonewinprivatelimited.com

• Subject: Account Deletion Request

• Message: "Please delete my account associated with [Your Registered Email or Phone Number]."

What Data Will Be Deleted? Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Your profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture).

• Your shipping address and phone number (used for rewards).

• Your game history, coin balance, and leaderboard status.

Data Retention Note: We may retain certain transaction records (e.g., proof of reward delivery) for a limited period solely for tax and legal compliance purposes, as required by Indian law.
